Every effort has been made to make our first annual
AACOO Meeting / Rendezvous a most informative, fun and safe event, however we
ask that you read and sign the following before attending our activities:
The undersigned
Attendee in the American Association of Caucasian Ovcharka Owners (AACOO) Annual
Meeting / Rendezvous and any related event on the lands of Wilderness Caucasians
owned by Mary and Gaylen DeMott-Coghill (WC), herewith and hereby releases,
indemnifies, defends, and agrees to hold harmless and absolve from complete
responsibility and liability of AACOO and WC, their employees, agents, related
entities, officers, and members.
The undersigned Attendee agrees that his/her participation, as well
as the participation of his/her dog(s) and children are voluntary. He/she
assumes all risks, including all risks to his/her dog(s) and children. The
undersigned Attendee acknowledges that the released entities and individuals
have no responsibility whatsoever for the safety or care of the undersigned
Attendee and his/her dog(s) and children, and are not responsible for the
personal items or valuables brought onto the property by the undersigned
Attendee and that the Attendee assumes each and every risk in participating in
his/her Rendezvous activities and related events while on the lands of WC
located at 481 Pomeroy Rd., Eureka, Montana 59917.
The undersigned Attendee has reviewed and will abide by the rules
included in the Rendezvous Page of this Web site and accepts the conditions "as
is" and accepts all risks in connection therewith, and agrees that AACOO and WC
have the right to remove any Attendee who is rude, disruptive or obnoxious.
The undersigned Attendee certifies that their dog(s) is healthy and
free from disease / parasites / fleas / ticks.
The undersigned Attendee represents that he/she is 18 years of age
or older and fully understands this Disclaimer and Release and gives this
Disclaimer and Release of his/her own free will.
